One system, trained on hours of recorded interviews with you. It answers strategy questions, researches, drafts, and produces the assets your business needs, all from your own material. One person runs it: someone on your team, or Brett.

One system that knows your business
A Claude Fable system trained on your brand guides and your interview transcripts. It knows your market, your services, your clients, and how you talk. Ask it a question about strategy and it answers from your business. Ask it to research a competitor, draft a proposal, plan a quarter, or write a page, and it does, in your voice.
Two minutes of Brett's own system
Nexus runs on the same system it builds for clients. Here is Brett's, answering a question his business faced this month.
The work of a department, from one seat
- Strategy: a question about pricing, positioning, or a market, answered from your own guides and data.
- Research: a competitor, a decision, a market, worked through before you spend money on it.
- Writing: proposals, client letters, hiring pages, talks, and anything else your business has to put in words.
- Marketing: the website, the content, the email, the social feed, built and kept current.
Nothing starts from a blank page. It starts from what you already told it.
Built from how you think
The interviews go past your story. Brett asks how you price, which clients you turn away, what you check before a decision, which questions you research first, and how you want work done when you are not in the room. The transcripts become a suite of brand guides, and the guides become the system's standing instructions: your judgment, written down and applied every time it works.
The method, stage by stage
Yours to run
The guides, the transcripts, and the system are your property. Brett hands it over working, with a written guide to operating it, and one person runs it from there: you, a member of your team, or Brett. Keeping Brett on is a choice, not a condition.
One price
$8,000, invoiced in three installments: the interviews, the guides, the trained system, the operating guide, and the first assets in your scope. Compare it with one quarter of one marketing salary. If you want Brett to run it, that is $2,000 a month, month to month.
The limits
It works from what you give it. A thin capture produces thin work, which is why the engagement asks for the hours.
It does not run unattended. A person reads what it drafts before it goes out.
It does not promise rankings, revenue, or a date. What it gives you is a department's output, in your voice, from one seat.
Request a consultation
The first step is an hour with Brett: his questions about your business, at no cost, and a straight answer on whether the Marketing Department fits.
